Mario began his career with the Department of Defence Republic of Croatia in Military Police/Security Services for 7 years. In 1998 worked for the Department of Foreign Affairs Republic of Croatia in Security Intelligence Services, secondment in Republic of Croatia Consulate General in Sydney for a further 5 years before founding Insight Intelligence in 2003.

Mario is proficient in 3 languages (English, Croatian and Russian). He has published five books and the designer of software programs (Intelligent Risk Manager, Intelligent HR Recruiter and Online Task Manager) as well pioneering and architecting application of psychology in corporate environment as tool of preventing fraud and increasing success rate in investigations.

Mario conducted numerous internal and external investigation in corporate, government sectors in Australia and overseas, particularly in field of human intelligence and competitive business intelligence.

Clive Smallman

Clive brings over 30 years’ experience of applied research, and executive leadership and development across higher education, financial services, management consulting, the gas industry and defence electronics. After a career in applied artificial intelligence research, Clive enjoyed a 24-year career as a consultant, applied researcher, speaker, author, mentor and educator in business schools across Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Specialising in operational risk management and strategic management, Clive spent time leading industry-centred research in environmental management and workplace health and safety at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University, UK.

In his professional practice, as a project manager, business coach, higher education expert, and qualitative data analytics specialist, Clive has worked with the Royal Bank of Scotland, Halifax Card Services, PGG Wrightson, and Gilbert & Tobin. He has recently been engaged to advice a higher education provider on regulatory matters.

Clive is a widely published author and has presented at academic and practitioner conferences worldwide on risk management, strategy and decision-making. His present research interest focuses on the performance of crisis management teams.

David Marston

David Marston

Automotive Expert Witness – an Automotive specialist used by legal and other bodies as an expert, a Master Mechanic of the Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers, a Professional Educator holding a Bachelor of Vocational Education and Training, with several Cert IV’s in Logistics/Business Management, David has taught automotive studies within TAFE, the Motor Traders Association (MTA) NSW and other accredited bodies.

David designed, built and modified comprehensive automotive workshops, writing operational policy and procedures and supervised teams who work against specific guidelines and procedures. He is an analytical thinker, able to advise on various courses of action if required.

David holds, Bachelor Vocational Education & Training, Certificate IV Proficiency Automotive (Light Vehicle Mechanical), Cert IV in Training and Assessment TAA 40104 and other relevant tertiary qualifications.
