A Desktop Investigation is the process of identifying or authenticating information about an organisation or individual. The information that can be obtained in a background check includes:
- ABN & Business Ownership
- Criminal Background
- Credit Checks
- Education and academic credentials
- Employment history
- Identity
- Open Source Internet Searches – all major platforms (incl. Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Reference checking
Background Checks should be conducted prior to entering into an arrangement and can be conducted for individuals and organisations. Following processing and analysis of the information collected, Insight Intelligence Group will prepare and disseminate a comprehensive report.
